You will set the recruiting approach, lead a small team of recruiters and keep the candidate experience strong.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead hiring for technical roles.
- Guide and coach recruiters on sourcing and screening.
- Work with engineering leads to define roles and interview loops.
- Track hiring metrics and improve the process.
Required Skills
- Several years of technical recruitment experience.
- Experience leading or coaching recruiters.
- Good understanding of software roles and technology stacks.
- Strong stakeholder management.
